Public Offer

This public offer is an official proposal by photographer Kristina Muse (hereinafter referred to as the “Photographer”) to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) to conclude a service agreement under the following terms:

1. Scope of Agreement

The Photographer provides photography services (weddings, family, love story, street style, individual sessions, etc.), and the Client agrees to pay for these services.

2. Booking and Payment

 • To book a photoshoot date, the Client pays a deposit of €30.

 • The remaining balance is paid on the day of the photoshoot.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

 • Cancellation or rescheduling is possible no later than 2 days before the scheduled date.

 • In case of cancellation or rescheduling later than this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

4. Delivery of Photographs

 • For photoshoots up to 1 hour, the final photos will be delivered within 7 working days.

 • For wedding photography, delivery times are discussed individually with the Client.

5. Rights and Obligations

 • The Photographer undertakes to carry out the photoshoot at the agreed time and deliver the photos within the established period.

 • The Client undertakes to arrive on time and pay for the services.

6. Use of Photographs

 • The Photographer has the right to use the photographs in their portfolio, on social media, and on the website, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 • The Client receives the photographs for personal use (social media, printing).

7. Final Provisions

Acceptance of this offer (booking a photoshoot and paying the deposit) signifies the Client’s agreement with the terms of this contract.
